Returns & Refunds

You may return most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with EU consumer rights. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Email Sales@cbstoresltd.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return process and, where applicable, arrange collection for larger items.

Heavy machinery, vehicles, and made-to-order or custom-configured equipment may be subject to a restocking fee or excluded from returns once installed, used, or registered. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by warranty, contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
